Hal & I want to thank you for your excellent service in helping find us our winter home. Having been a Realtor myself, for the past 24 years, I was pleased and impressed by how organized and "on top of things" you both are.
Jan, whenever I sent an e-mail with questions, and I had many, a response came back the same day, sometimes twice in the same day. We appreciated your knowledge of your area and your attention to detail. In a fast moving market like you currently have, these are citical. It was your attention to detail, Jan, that made it possible for us to purchase exactly the home we were hoping to find.
Bill, you went out of your way to insure that the inspection items, namely, the swimming pool, were take care of in preparation for closing and we appreciate the walk through you did on our behalf. It is difficult being out of state owners and we also appreciate the recommendations you have given us for people to care for our home in our absence.
I have been singing your praises to all my Realtor friends here and will certainly refer any Buyers to you that I can. Thanks again for your help.
